Neighborhood Watch Kick-off Meeting--April 17th

In February 2008, the board began the process of forming a Neighborhood Watch in order to improve the safety and security of our neighborhood. Over 20 homeowners have indicated an interest in participating in the program by sending an e-mail to Cathie Bucek at watch@mysevenbridges.com.

Participation is key to a successful Neighborhood Watch. It is not too late! If you are interested in joining the Seven Bridges Neighborhood Watch please attend the Kick-off meeting to be held Thursday, April 17, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the training room at the Woodridge Police Department located at One Plaza Drive, Woodridge, IL 60517.

The purpose of this meeting is to train watch participants, map out the neighborhood and develop watch assignments. Officer Lindblom, the Woodridge Police Community Liaison will provide all materials. Subsequent to the meeting, Neighborhood Watch signs will be posted. The placement of Neighborhood Watch signs, a known deterrent to crime is based on the coverage across the subdivision. The more participants we have the more successful our Neighborhood Watch!

If you have not previously indicated your interest and plan to attend this meeting, please RSVP to Cathie Bucek at watch@mysevenbridges.com and provide your name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
