Architectural Review Submissions

Please remember that any exterior additions or alterations to your home or property need to be submitted to the SBEHA Architectural Review Committee for approval before your project begins! Projects which need Architectural approval include, but are not limited to:
* Painting the exterior of your house
* Remodeling or adding an addition to the exterior
* Decks & fences
* Gazebos and shade structures
* Pools
The Seven Bridges Estates Homeowners Association exists to insure that the community is maintained to a high standard.
Help us keep your neighborhood sharp and of the highest value. If you see any projects going on that would detract from this goal, be proative -- call the association.
