Online Event Signups & Ticket Purchases are Live

We have added the ability to sign up for community events posted here as well as purchase tickets in advance for events that need them (like the upcoming fall picnic).
The payment system uses PayPal (a good industry standard) that will allow credit cards.
As always, let us know if you have any feedback on the way it works.
