We have added the functionality to publish content that only registered community members can see on the web site. We will be using this to post resources that should only be available to residents (lists of babysitters, recommended vendors, board meeting minutes, etc.)

When resident only content is published you will receive an email including the introduction but the full content will only be accessible by logging into the web site.

A diverse cast of characters appeared for the annual kids' Halloween party this weekend. The kids all loaded up on goodies through games of skill.

Many thanks to those who helped out with the games, the kids had a great time.

The fall picnic held on Saturday, October 14th was a great deal of fun. Attending residents participated in bag races, had the opportunity to fire water balloons into the distance, play games, and eat great food. Maggie and Tina the clowns painted faces, made a wide variety of things from balloons, and made sure everyone was well entertained.

We have added the ability to sign up for community events posted here as well as purchase tickets in advance for events that need them (like the upcoming fall picnic).

The payment system uses PayPal (a good industry standard) that will allow credit cards.

Our first run of the year had a great turnout. The day was a bit warm but that didn't deter folks from having a great time.
