The Rooted Acoustic Barn Raising 5K & 1M Kids Dash is an exciting opportunity for our community to come together to enjoy physical activity and embrace the outdoors! The race begins on Main Street at Seven Bridges at the roundabout at Irving Place & Main Street where you can get a glimpse of all that those businesses offer. Please arrive early, park in the movie theater parking lot and follow the sound of live music performed by the Acoustaholics. The race culminates in the Greene Valley Forest Preserve at the Greene Barn, a beautiful backdrop and an excellent piece of Woodridge history. This year's race celebrates the 60th Anniversary of the Village of Woodridge and the 50th Anniversary of the Woodridge Park District. After the race the excitement will continue at the Greene Barn with farm-to-table food from Allegory, live music by Cary Kanno, stretching with a certified yoga instructor, massage and children's activities sponsored by Home Depot. Free return trip to Main Street in Seven Bridges via Naperville Trolley and Tours. Lucky bib numbers may go home with merchant giveaways*!

 

Register by August 18th, 2019. (register here) Beginning August 19th, race registration fees will increase by $5 per person. Registration before the 18th guarantees a race t-shirt (sizing... not so much).
