  • chevron_rightIf I want to remodel the exterior of my home, do I need a permit from the HOA Board?
    Yes, in addition to the Village and all other applicable building permits, the homeowner will need to notify the SBEHOA Board for architectural review approval, prior to starting the project. Please refer to the Bylaws and Covenants for following guidelines. The Board will be more than happy to assist and provide an approval letter, upon review for the homeowners project.  To notify the HOA Board please notify Contacting Us. 
  • chevron_rightI need to replace my mailbox. Are there any guidelines?
     
    Yes, in accordance with Article IV, Section 4.3 of the Declaration of Convenants, Conditions and Easements for the Seven Bridges Estates Homeowner's Association the Guide line specifies: 
    "An all natural Cedar mailbox on natural Cedar post" 
     
     
    Plastic and metal mailboxes are NOT in compliance. Mailboxes may be purchased at most hardware store or home improvement store at reasonable prices. For any questions please contact the HOA Board.  
     
     
  • chevron_rightYearly Assessments Information
    Seven Bridges estates Homeowners Association Annual assessments are mailed out every January and are due by the end of March
     
    The current amount is $350
     
    Note that late assessments are subject to recurring fines including, but not limited, liens on the property
     
    There are several options to pay your assessment - please see your annual invoice mailed to your home for additional details.
