Are you planning an exterior project?

Please remember that Architectural Committee approval is required before any work begins. This includes, but is not limited to, sheds, detached structures, decorative installations, and other exterior modifications.

 

The Board will enforce compliance against all structures not  allowed by the rules, regulations and bylaws. 

 

Our HOA attorney is finalizing the updated draft of our new updated rules and regulations to comply with Illinois law and we will be sending that information after it is reviewed.
